Changes...

At the moment I am determined to make some changes in my life.
One of which is what I eat.
I want to be more healthier.
And to also to get into the habit of taking my lunch to work.
Here is what I have for dinner tonight and prepared for lunch tomorrow....



Anyone have any suggestions for healthy snacks??

LOVE Jello Pudding, all kinds of fruits & veggies with peanut butter or salsa, 100 cal. packs of popcorn...

Apple slices, nuts, muffins. String cheese, crackers, sliced cucumbers, mini carrots, chocolate espresso beans, fruit bars,'dry cereal, banana, yogurt, clemtines, trail mix! These are allllll my favs!!

Almonds are good for metabolism. And if you have a salad don't have ice burg lettuce. Roman lettuce is more healthier for you. One last thing that comes to mind is grape fruits also help with metabolism. My fiance was a chunky monkey teen and for a month straight he ate salads and grape fruits and lost about 30 lbs. Now he's a string bean and can eat what ever he wants and doesn't gain weight. -_-
