Their one of my weaknesses and I just love the look of a full book shelf. Due to this I am now in need of a second book case, as you can see in the picture below, I now have a small-ish pile started on my desk, I have a feeling that the pile will grow pretty quickly.

Book Of The Moment...

About a month ago I brought a couple of books off Deseret Book store, one of which being this book:

I totally LOVED this book! This is the type of book that once you start reading it you can't put it down. Reading this book was like being there, I felt the emotion, laughed and giggled in the fun and cute bits, was sad at the low part.

Lisa came around while I was reading the book and I would sit there and read out parts to her that I liked. Once I finished reading the book Lisa read it and also fell in love with it.

What I loved most about the book is how real and honest it is. The way the character thinks is just like how I think sometimes. I love the wit and cheekiness of it.

Buy it, borrow it, just read it and you will love it! I promise you that! It is a book that i look forward to reading again and again in the future.

Fathers... Families

The other day a friend of mine, Liz on facebook shared a video, when I watched this video it touched my heart and brought a tear to my eye within the first 10 seconds of the video

This video shows the love of families, the love between father and daughters, between husband and wife, between father and son, between brother and sister. The sacrifices that the families have gone through for their countries, to fight for peace and the safety of their homes and families and for the future.

My favourite moments of this video is the girl at the start and the little girl that is sitting on santa's lap when her father walks in, he picks her up and hugs her, with her saying... "Daddy... Daddy...Hi Daddy... I missed you... I love you". After hearing that little girl, there was no hope in holding back the tears.

I promise you that if you watch this video you too will also be touched.

Addicted...

A few months ago I discovered a new web site call Etsy, and I have fallen in love it and the talented sellers on it!

I have brought a few things off there already and my wish list is slowly growing. Let me share a few with you....

Love them all and there are so many other items on that web site that I'm sure that i will discover and purchase. And of course I'll continue to share them with you.

A wish come true...

It is said in Asia that folding 1,000 paper origami cranes makes a person's wish come true...

I have always wanted to learn how to make an origami paper crane. I think they look amazing! Tonight I came across an blog with an chick who's aim it is to make 1,000 paper cranes in one year. I would love to have her commitment and patience.

It's arrived!

Yesterday in the mail I received a lovely package that I was super excited about receiving and had been watching the mail everyday awaiting for it to arrive.

The mail man who comes into work love taunting me when he arrives every day, he parks is motorbike outside the front of our work at the entrance of the shopping centre, but instead of bring my mail in first (which he knows i'm expecting) he starts on the opposite side of the walk way and does the whole centre and leave my work till last. So kinda of him... NOT!

But the package arrive and as soon as I opened the package I fell in love with them, in the package there were some more of the tile pendants, I already had 4 but now I have a nice collection to which will grow nicely.

They are absolutely perfect! Love them! Her work is amazing! Check out Iszle! I know you'll love her as much as I do!

Prize!!!

Back in July I won at prize at work. When I found out I was so excited, I was called into my boss's office where she and my state manager were, all the while i'm there thinking that I was in so much trouble, LOL.

Then they asked me to watch a video... about 5 minutes later (yes a long wait) names started to appear on the screen one of while was mine, all of us screamed with joy and excitement.

This is the email that I received the next day...

Movies of the moment...

Thought that i would share with you all my movies of the moment....

At the moment I am in love with the Nicolas Sparks movies, and i'm even considering reading his books. I mean if his movies are this good then his books must be amazing!

Tile Pendants

While I was shopping at the Syzygy Store I come across my second purchase.... Tile pendants necklaces....

I purchase a solid silver chain and four pendants, and now I love them and am kinda addicted. The Syzygy store doesn't have a large range of pendants so I went hunting on Etsy, and found some fantastic little pendants, their now on order and should be here over the next week! Excitement!!!

I am so in love with these pendants, and when ever I get bored with one I can just change the pendant over to what ever I feel like on that day.

Syzygy...

Last Saturday I decided to go for a wonder into town. On my way into town I discovered a cute little shop called 'Syzygy'. They have some fun and creative things in that shop.

So yesterday I headed back to the shop and made a couple of purchases. Here is one of them:

This is a hand woven clutch made from recycled chip packets. Sounds interesting but it looks pretty cool, and its a perfect size. Love it!

This is an amazing video! The power behind the story is one to pull on the heart strings!
