Yesterday I had to get some steroid injections into my heel.
So at the moment I am currently resting it,
Now I just have to wait for the pain to go away!
Fingers cross it will disappear soon!
The injection hurt like hell and so does the recovery!
But it is worth it in the end... hopefully!

Oh my gosh, they really hurt! They sure aren't for sissies. I've had steroid injections in my knees and hands and I thought they were uncomfortable, can only imagine what it would be like in a heel. Eeek.You brave woman! The relief is amazing though, so it's worth it. I got a vitamin B injection the other week and that hurt like hell. Wasn't expecting it to hurt as much as steroids! I'm getting another one tomorrow. Sigh. I'll think of you! Hope you recover quickly and that you get some relief real soon. ♥
