If Only I Was Crafty...

Lately I have had the urge to try to become crafty,

So I turned to Pinterest for some inspirations.

Here is what I would love to try to make...

My little nephew E, would look so cute in this outfit.

This would look so cute on my nephew E or my niece Z.

How cute is this hat!

I love the ruffs!

I love the colour in this art work, 

And it would be so easy to create!

I would really like to make a bag one day,

Once I can settle on a pattern I like enough.

Wedding dreams and ideas...

I love my curls, and I think that this would suit me very nicely.

 This is such a cute and simple wedding cake.

This is so cute, the groom hired a photographer to take a photo of him proposing to the bride.

She didn't know this was happening and he gave her the photo framed on their wedding day,

 Cute way to ask someone to a bridesmaid.

Crafty Christmas...

Today has been a great start to my christmas holidays.

Last night I came out to stay at my parents place as I do every year.

My favourite part about Christmas is having the time off work and being able to spend that time with my family and friends.

This morning I had to put the finishing touches to a couple of Christmas presents.

And thanks to Mum and her craft area and supplies,

It made it possible for me to complete them.

Now I can only show you one of the presents that I finished off,

As that person as already received their present...

I have a love for stamps at the moment, love them to bits!

I have a heap of fun doing these presents,

And I have Pinterest to thank for the inspiration! 

Here is the finished product of one of my presents...

A Girl Can Dream...

One Part the I look forward to about my future wedding,
Is the dancing!

I look forward to the first dance I have with my future husband,
What the song will be, I have no clue,
But one things I do know is that I want it to have a special meaning to us,
I want it to be a song that I listen to and it instantly reminds me of him,
No matter where I am,
How far apart we are from each other,
Or even if we are fighting,
I want it to remind me of the love I have for him.

When I very first heard the song "Butterfly Kisses" by Bob Carlisle,
I fell in love with it, thinking that it would be a amazing father daughter wedding dance.
To this day I still do!

This evening I also came across a song by Carrie Underwood called Mama,
And again I fell in love,
This is a song that I would also liked played at my wedding,
And it would be dedicated to my amazing Mother!

It's hard sometimes to put one's thoughts down onto paper, or in this case a blog post.

A girl can dream...

Growing up, I was never really the type of girl to plan my whole wedding.

Even in my adult years I never really gave much thought to the details of it.

The only thing that I would think when thoughts of wedding would enter my mind,

Has been, yep I want that one day, when the right guy comes along.

But since I started using Pinterest, 

I have started to enjoy looking at what may be fun to do for my wedding one day.

You may have already seen my first 'A Girl Can Dream' post,

Now here is one with some of the goodies I have found on Pinterest!

Cake with a poem- 'I Carry Your Heart' by E.E. Cummings handed piped on.

A wedding ring that slowly leaves a heart shape on your finger, if you ever forget to wear your ring, the heart gives you the peace and reminder of their love.

Loving Lace wedding dresses at the moment!

Fun wedding photos, capturing the personalities of the couple. 

I'm not a big fan of posed photos.

I can't wait to see the look on my future husband's face when he seeing me on our wedding day in my wedding dress.

I've seen it before when my cousin Lauren got married, seeing the pure happiness and love in Mark's face when he saw Lauren looking amazing in her dress was the highlight of that day for me.

Love this idea for a guest book!

The guest's finger prints are the leaves in the tree, 

And the bride and groom's finger prints go on the swing.

How pretty would a wedding reception like this be on a warm spring/summer evening!
