Slow down...

Last week was General Conference, and I thought that I would share with you my favourite talk from conference.

It's a talk entitled: Of Things That Matter Most. By President Dieter Uchtdorf.

I am so grateful that I was able to hear this talk and to be able to listening to it again whenever I need to thanks to the internet. This talk was a great help to me.

Life is busy and stress for everyone. So how about we slow down and refocus our lives.
