Little Letters...

Dear Mr Physio,
Your hands are amazing! Even though I only just met you today, I already know we are going to get along great. Still is going to be a love/hate type relationship, but you get bonus points for massaging my back! Thank you it is feeling on the mend already. Same time next week?!

Dear Brisbane Friends,
Thank you to all the people that I have met over the past two weeks! You are all awesome people! Thank you for those that have taken the time and interest in chatting to me and getting to know me! I look forward to some awesome friendships and fun!

Dear Work colleagues,
You are all great to work with and thank you for all the laughs!
P.s. Thanks Michael for naming my desk the naughty corner! Even though I am totally innocent!....

Dear Mr Wiggles,
I have missed seeing you over the past two weeks and I can't wait to see you on Friday, I think lots of hugs are in order!

Dear Saturday!
I can't wait for you to come! I have a special visitor for a couple of hours and I can't wait to see you!

Dear Back,
Please stop playing up. You know I hate it when you decide to be mean and cause me pain. Please just settle back down!

Dear X-ray gown,
You never look good on anyone! And it is not conformable standing around for half an hour having what feels like a never ending x-rays taken! At least that's over for a another year!

Dear new flat mate,
I can not wait to move in with you at the end of this month! Oh it is going to be so much fun!

Dear Nail polish,
I love the fact that I have so many colours, after tomorrow I think I may go one colour per day, except for tomorrow. Wednesday is clear nail polish, the place where I am going tomorrow is the one place where I do not wear coloured or any nail polish!
Hmm... what colour should I pick for Thursday??

Dear Readers,
Hope you are all having a great week!

Dear Madagascar 3,
I can't get this out of my head...

One word... WOW!

The past have been so powerful and spiritual for me.
I am so grateful for the Lord's hand in my life,
For helping me improve the things that I need help with.
I am even grateful for each trial that he sees fit to put me through,
Because I know that he will never give me more than I am capable of over coming,
And that from each trial there is so much that he wants me to learn and to grow from.
I am grateful for the people that he brings in to my life,
He's timing is always perfect,
I am so grateful for the plan that he has for me,
And I look forward to what is install for me and my future.

Here is a quote from Elder Jeffrey R. Holland's talk from this year's April General Conference.
I always love listening to Elder Holland's talks, they are alway fill with such a strong spirit and so powerfully spoken that you just make you sit up and listen, to take it in and gives you the desire to do better and to improve your life.

If you like the following quote you will LOVE he's talk, please take the time to watch to it all!

However late you think you are,

However many chances you think you have missed,
However many mistakes you feel you have made
Or talents you think you don’t have,
Or however far from home and family and God you feel you have traveled,
I testify that you have not traveled beyond the reach of divine love.
It is not possible for you to sink lower than the infinite light of Christ’s Atonement shines.

Whether you are not yet of our faith
Or were with us once and have not remained,
There is nothing in either case that you have done that cannot be undone.
There is no problem which you cannot overcome.
There is no dream that in the unfolding of time and eternity cannot yet be realized.
Even if you feel you are the lost and last laborer of the eleventh hour, the Lord of the vineyard still stands beckoning.
“Come boldly [to] the throne of grace,”3 and fall at the feet of the Holy One of Israel.
Come and feast “without money and without price”4 at the table of the Lord.

Quote

Pink released her new album this week,
And let me just say well done Pink!
You have stayed true to the music you do,
And the music that I love!

Here’s the bloody, bloody truth,
You will hurt and you loose
I’ve got scars you won’t believe
Wear them proudly on my sleeve
I hope you have the sense to know
Wish the happiness comes and sadness goes
Love so hard and play out loud
It’s the only thing to give a damn about
But take the best of what I’ve got
And then you know no matter what
Before you walk away you know you can run.

Quote of the moment...

Today I have a few quotes to share,
I just couldn't pick just one post, so I thought what the heck I would just post them all.
So I hope you enjoy!

Question...

How many men does it take to stop a concrete buffer
that has gone wild??
Trust me you will be surprised...
Found this hilarious and had to share!

What are you listening to??

I am in need of a new favourite song!
So I am calling out for suggestions from every single person that happens to read this post!

I want to know what your "Song for the moment" is right now??
You know that song that you may have just discovered a couple of days ago,
And have had it on repeat pretty much ever since.
That song that is stuck in you head.

Looking for something new, somethings fresh!
Look forward to hear your songs!!

Uplifting Day...

Today was a good day.
The speakers at church today was uplifting,
It was a strong spiritual day.

I know that on my blog I don't tended to share often my love for my faith.
I sometimes find it hard to find the words to explain my love for this church.
Once in a while I may share a video.
But from now on I am going to strive to share my thoughts on the church more often.
Along with other areas of my life.

For those who do not know I am a member of the Church of Jesus Chris of Latter-day Saints (also known as Mormons)
I was born into this faith, my parent too also have a love for this church.
I grew up with the church in my life and learning about it.
Til I hit my late teens, when I did became a stubborn teenager,
I stopped going to church thinking that I knew best,
That there were better things away from the Church.

At the age of 22, I decided that I wasn't happy with life,
That something was missing.
At that point I decided to go back to church.
It was the best decision that I have ever made in my life so far.
Since that day, my life has been rich and happy.

So let me share with you today some things that have made me feel uplifted and inspired today...

On the train to church I listened to this talk by President Dieter F. Uchtdorf...
This talk is so powerful, it gaves me peace, and comfort.
My favourite quote from this talk is the following:
I love this quote, this quote gives me comfort a strength to move on with the future no matter how hard it can be at times...
"Don't you quit.
You keep walking.
You keep trying.
There is help and happiness ahead.
Some blessings come soon,
Some come late,
And some don't come until heaven.
But for those who embrace the gospel of Jesus Christ, they come.
It will be all right in the end.
Trust God and believe in good things to come."
-Jeffrey R. Holland
And this following video gives me the comfort to know that I am loved, that there are ends to trials.
My favourite part is "Hope ya know, I had a hard time"
There are times in which when I pray, I simply say those words, and on so many times I have been given the feeling as if someone is giving me a big hug.
Tears well up in my eyes, just at the pure knowledge of knowing that I am know to the Lord, and that he knows what I am going through and he is there for me and loves me no matter what I may have done in the past.

And to finish off I would like to share with you two more quotes...
I hope each and every one of you have a great week.
And please remember,
That no matter hard good or how hard your life may be at the moment,
No matter if you are of my faith or of another faith, of no faith at all.
Please remember one things.
The Lord know each of you,
He cares and loves you.
And is there for you 24/7.

Bit of a giggle...

When I saw this photo,
I thought that it was a very creative way to ask someone of,
A very cheeky way,
But a funny one.

Love that the guy put so much thought into the questions
And it shows he's sense of humour!

I giggled a bit when I read it,
So I just had to share it with you.
