Knowing when to walk away is not an easy thing.

Being honest to those that you are going to walk away from is the hardest part.

But it is something that needs to be done.

You hope that they understand what you are trying to say,
And that the words come out right.

That it's not goodbye, but it's change.

It is time for a change, things can never be the same again.

Memories never fade,

The effect that those memories have on a person never wear off,

They are a forever effect, and for that I will be eternally grateful.

Change is never a easy thing,

It takes a lot of hard work, continuous work,

Some day will be good others will feel like you are taking 10 steps back.

Re-fouscing on the end goal, 

Trying new things,

Getting rid of things that don't work.

And keep getting back up when you fall down.

Life is not easy,

Things change that you sometimes don't like,

Some of these decisions to change are the most hardest.

But it is for the best.

And there will be no looking back.
